Our services enable you to live life independently where you feel most comfortable – in your own home. Whether you need care at home after a fall, support getting around or simply just a little company, having a carer visit you to help at home can take pressure off you and your family and bring a better quality of life.
We provide care up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including 1:1 support and care that focuses on maximising independence, building service user confidence in everyday living skills, and empowering them to live fulfilled lives.

We understand that people want to stay in their own home for many reasons and what we believe is we should be able to tailor a support package around the individual.
Our service offers independent living with access to a range of benefits often unavailable to people in care. Our flexible support is regularly evaluated and adjusted to suit every stage of recovery.

We work flexibly to make sure your companionship care plan is tailored to your lifestyle and fits around friends and family members too.
Many of our clients want to remain in their own homes as it’s where they are most comfortable. The care Shabanie Healthcare offers is tailored to each person’s needs and situation, and is designed to give our clients the best possible care in the comfort of their own home.
We offer care packages starting from as little as a 15 minutes (a reassurance call to ensure all is well while family members are away) to full time live in care providing round the clock support. The one to one care we provide is through carers trained to support and promote as much independence as possible thereby allowing our clients to enjoy the homes they have come to love.
Our home care service covers cleaning, companionship, housekeeping, medication, shopping (including medication pick ups), assisted hospital visits and Personal care. We also work with a local council approved pharmacy who will even deliver your medication right to your door. The care plans we initially put in place can be changed as many times as needed to ensure that all the needs of the client are met, especially as these needs may evolve over time.
One area of focus has been Palliative care. We have supported several CCG’s, as well as private clients, to help clients in their final days achieve the comfort they deserve. The support we provide is to the family as a whole, and not just the individual as we understand that this is a daunting time for all involved.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is an independent regulator of health and social care services in England. Being regulated by CQC ensures that care providers, like your domiciliary care and supported living services, meet rigorous standards of quality, safety, and compassion.
