Our care staff operate on a rota system, ensuring that the service is appropriately staffed with the right skill mix, even on weekends and public holidays. All new staff members undergo an induction process aligned with National Training Organisation standards within their first 12 weeks of employment. We are committed to the continuous professional development of our team, aiming for all carers to achieve NVQ Level 2 qualifications. Additionally, staff receive job-specific training, such as food catering for catering staff, along with annual mandatory training in health and safety topics, including moving and handling, fire awareness, adult protection, and other critical areas.
